Professional Agreement for Technicians

PRNV SERVICES (Platform Provider) AND TECHNICIAN (Service Professional)

1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP

You are an INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL, not an employee. PRNV does not control how you perform services.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Plan A: Rs.3,540/month (36 leads) or Rs.7,080/month

Plan B: Rs.1,180/month

All fees NON-REFUNDABLE

3. ZERO COMMISSION MODEL

PRNV charges NO commission on work value. You keep 100% of customer payments.

4. OBLIGATIONS

Provide professional services, maintain quality standards, respond to leads promptly.

5. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 7 days notice.

6. LIABILITY

You indemnify PRNV from all claims. PRNV not liable for your service quality.
