By enrolling as a Technician and using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM TECHNICIANS

2.1 Registration and Profile Information

When you enroll as a Technician, we collect:

  • Personal details: Full name, date of birth, gender
  • Contact information: Phone number, email address, residential address, PIN code
  • Professional information: Service categories, skills, years of experience, certifications
  • Business details: Business name (if applicable), GST number (if applicable), PAN card details
  • Identity verification: Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID)
  • Bank account details: Account number, IFSC code, account holder name for commission payments
  • Profile photo: Professional photograph for customer visibility
  • Service area: Operational PIN codes and service radius

2.2 Subscription and Payment Information

For Plan A and Plan B subscriptions, we collect:

  • Subscription plan selection: Plan A (₹3,540 early bird / ₹7,080 standard) or Plan B (₹1,180)
  • Payment method: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card (processed via secure gateways)
  • Payment history: Transaction dates, amounts, subscription renewals, payment status
  • Billing information: Billing address, invoice details, GST information (if applicable)

2.3 Lead and Performance Data

We track your performance and interaction with leads:

  • Lead assignment: Number of leads received, lead details (customer name, contact, service required)
  • Lead response: Response time, acceptance/rejection of leads, reasons for rejection
  • Service completion: Work completion status, service date and time, work value
  • Customer ratings and reviews: Feedback, ratings (1-5 stars), written reviews from customers
  • Earnings data: Total earnings from leads, average job value, conversion rates
  • Self-billing dashboard usage: Billing records created, invoices generated, payment tracking

2.4 Location and Activity Data

  • Real-time location: GPS data when you are active on the Platform (for lead assignment optimization)
  • Service locations: Addresses where services are delivered
  • App activity: Login times, feature usage, pages viewed, search queries
  • Device information: Device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers

2.5 Communication Data

  • Customer interactions: Messages exchanged with customers through the Platform
  • Support communications: Emails, calls, or chats with PRNV customer support
  • Franchisee interactions: Communications with local franchisees regarding leads or issues
  • Notifications: SMS, email, and push notification delivery status
