TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USERS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to PRNV Services. By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform (mobile app, website, and services), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1 Platform Purpose

  • PRNV Services is a subscription-based lead-generation and advertising platform
  • We connect Users (customers) with qualified Technicians for home services
  • We do NOT provide the actual services - Technicians are independent professionals
  • We charge NO commission on work value - all payments go directly to Technicians

2.2 Services Offered

  • Access to a network of verified Technicians across 30+ primary service categories
  • Advanced search, filtering, and matching based on location, ratings, and availability
  • Booking and lead submission to connect with Technicians
  • Rating and review system for quality feedback
  • Service history tracking and customer support

3. USER ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person may have only one active account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination

4. USING THE PLATFORM

4.1 Permitted Use

  • Search for and connect with Technicians for legitimate home service needs
  • Submit service requests and book appointments
  • Provide honest feedback through ratings and reviews
  • Communicate with Technicians for service coordination

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against Technicians
  • Submit false service requests or spam bookings
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate the Platform's matching algorithms
  • Scrape, copy, or extract Technician data for commercial purposes
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation
  • Post defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) without authorization

5. SERVICE REQUESTS AND BOOKINGS

5.1 How It Works

  • You submit a service request specifying your needs, location, and timing
  • Our algorithm matches you with qualified Technicians in your area
  • Matched Technicians receive your lead and may contact you to confirm booking
  • You select a Technician and finalize service details directly with them

5.2 Platform Responsibilities

  • We facilitate the connection between you and Technicians
  • We verify Technician identities and collect basic background information
  • We provide ratings, reviews, and performance data to help your decision

5.3 Platform Limitations

IMPORTANT: PRNV Services is a PLATFORM ONLY. We do NOT:

  • Employ Technicians - they are independent professionals
  • Guarantee service quality, timeliness, or completion
  • Supervise, control, or direct how Technicians perform work
  • Take responsibility for Technician conduct, workmanship, or damages
  • Guarantee Technician availability or response to your service request

6. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

6.1 No Platform Commission on Work

  • PRNV charges NO commission on the value of work performed
  • You pay Technicians directly for services rendered
  • Payment terms, methods, and pricing are negotiated directly with Technicians
  • Platform access for Users is FREE - no subscription or booking fees

6.2 Payment to Technicians

  • All service payments are made directly to Technicians (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.)
  • PRNV is not involved in financial transactions between Users and Technicians
  • Disputes over payment amounts or quality must be resolved directly with Technicians

7. RATINGS, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your actual experience. Fake or malicious reviews may result in account suspension.

8. DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

PRNV is NOT liable for damages arising from Technician services. Our total liability is limited to ₹5,000.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content is owned by PRNV Services. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. DISCLAIMERS

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
